A Year of Showing Up
This year, our community proved what's possible when people invest in each other. Across our three core programs — Education & Mentorship, Community Health & Wellness, and Economic Empowerment — we reached more neighbors than ever before.
Education & Mentorship We paired **240 students** with mentors and awarded **$85,000** in scholarship support. Ninety-two percent of our seniors enrolled in college or a credentialed training program.
Community Health & Wellness Free screenings served **1,300 residents**, and our mental-health support groups met every week without exception.
Economic Empowerment Forty-one small businesses launched or expanded with our micro-grants and coaching.
